Our Mission
SkillStamp is a professional hybrid-intelligence platform built to bring transparency, trust, and efficiency to hiring in the DACH labour market. International professionals struggle to demonstrate their real abilities, and employers receive countless generic CVs that reveal little about true competence. SkillStamp addresses both sides with verified skills and job readiness.
The platform pairs the analytical precision of artificial intelligence with the depth of human evaluation, so that technical and behavioural skills are both assessed accurately and fairly. The point is to help people show their real skills, grow with confidence, and decide where to take their careers next.
SkillStamp also supports governments and labour institutions in Europe in making better use of skilled immigrants who remain underemployed or overlooked. Across the DACH region, unemployment among foreign professionals runs up to 2-3 times higher than among locals, despite the urgent need for qualified workers. Closing that gap is our mission.
