Can I get a refund?
Talent verification fees (one-time and installment) are non-refundable once the assessment process has started. For installment plans, the remaining cycles continue billing on schedule. Unused wallet credits for employers can be refunded upon request.
How long is verification valid?
Your SkillStamp verification is valid for 1 year. You can renew at a discounted rate before expiration.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, SEPA bank transfers, and PayPal for both talent verification and employer wallet top-ups.
